The Naked Bee Return Policy?
The return policy for nakedbee.com is as follows:
- The window of the return policy is 30 days. Any product can be exchanged for another of equal or lesser value, as long as the originally purchased product has been used minimally.
- To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The product should be mailed to: 140 Joe R McCrary Rd., Fall Branch, TN 37656. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the error of the company may be subjected to a partial refund.
- Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer that the returned item has been received. The customer will also be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, a refund for the value of the original purchase will be issued once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the customer later, a refund can only be issued to the gift giver i.e. the person who owns the credit card the original purchase was made.
